A: If you need to return an item purchased from BellaLuna please contact our Customer Service team at info@bellalunashops.com. (info@bellalunashps.com.)Make sure to provide your order number. Yes, you will need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt, to process the return. Our team will guide you through the return process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the
purchase. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in the original
packaging, must be unused, and the item(s) must not be damaged. If the
product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a
refund.
Before you send any product be sure you have a valid Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). Please send the items to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost regarding the items
that you wish to return. BellaLuna is not responsible for items damaged or
lost in transit. We will not refund shipping costs. All refunds will be subject
to a 10% restocking fee.
